amazing times square stay!
efficient luggage handlingsuper clean room
i was greeted by friendly valet and porters upon arrival. they handled my luggage efficiently. natalie provided a thorough check-in, securing a room upgrade for my family. the room was super clean and very comfortable.
this meant i had to wait longer than expected.

the hotel is central. it's a short walk from times square and situated right in the middle of restaurant row. the location made exploring the city very easy for me.

the hotel offers a good fitness center. it also offers a comfortable bar in the lobby, perfect for a pre-bed drink. the hotel also features really good dining areas and common spaces.

The breakfast offered a superb variety of options, even the coffee was quite good.
The air conditioning did not work. Maintenance attempted repairs but could only shut down the system, leading to a restless night with extra blankets. The front desk's suggestion was to keep trying until finding the "sweet spot".
